FOCUS Mental Performance Shot, Berry
65mg Brainberry®, 200mg L-Theanine and 300mg L-Tyrosine in one 90ml shot.
What it does
- Built for deep work, study and long sessions
- No caffeine, so it works late in the day
- Three actives at the doses used in published research
When to take it
Before deep work, study, or any session that needs your best thinking.
Australia's Mental Performance Shot
Three clinically studied actives, each at the dose used in the published research, in one 90ml shot. No caffeine, so it works at 4pm without costing you the night.
Most focus products lean on caffeine, because caffeine is cheap and it feels like something is happening. FOCUS takes the harder route.
The formula
Brainberry® 65mg. A standardised Aronia berry extract. Three independent trials measured improvements in spatial working memory, psychomotor speed and cognitive flexibility, with changes in cerebral blood flow confirmed by MRI. Rare, expensive, and in the formula because it earns the space.
L-Theanine 200mg. The amino acid found in green tea, across the blood-brain barrier inside thirty minutes. Trials record a rise in frontal alpha wave activity, the state associated with calm alertness rather than stimulation. Not wired. Locked in.
L-Tyrosine 300mg. Dopamine and noradrenaline are built from tyrosine. When mental demand runs high and reserves thin out, it replenishes the raw material. Peer-reviewed work shows gains in working memory accuracy under load.
When to take it
Before deep work, study, or any session that demands your best thinking. One shot, ten seconds, no crash at the other end.
Who it is for
People whose thinking is their output: writers, developers, designers, students, anyone who has to hold concentration for hours rather than minutes. It suits shift workers and anyone who has cut caffeine but still needs a reliable cognitive edge.
If it is physical energy you are after rather than mental sharpness, that is ENERGY.
Stacks well with
ENERGY. ENERGY at midday, FOCUS before your deep work session. The peak performance pair.
IMMUNE. Keep your baseline covered while you push hard mentally.
