Does FOCUS contain caffeine?
No. FOCUS is completely caffeine-free. It works through three clinically studied actives, Brainberry 65mg, L-Theanine 200mg and L-Tyrosine 300mg, rather than stimulation, so you can take it late in the day. If you want caffeine, ENERGY contains 60mg of natural caffeine.
What is in FOCUS, and at what doses?
Each 90ml FOCUS shot contains Brainberry 65mg, a standardised Aronia berry extract, plus L-Theanine 200mg and L-Tyrosine 300mg. No added sugar, no artificial colours, no preservatives. Formulated and filled in Australia. FOCUS is a food, not a medicine.
What is the difference between FOCUS and ENERGY?
FOCUS is for mental sharpness and is caffeine-free, built on Brainberry, L-Theanine and L-Tyrosine. ENERGY is for physical lift and contains 60mg of natural caffeine with 200mg of L-Theanine. Reach for ENERGY when you need to get moving and FOCUS when you need to concentrate. A common pattern is ENERGY at midday and FOCUS before deep work.
Do the shots need to be refrigerated?
No. All Tonic Alchemy shots are shelf-stable and do not need refrigeration. Keep them somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, and check the best-before date on each bottle. They are good chilled if you prefer them cold.
How much caffeine is in each shot?
ENERGY contains 60mg of natural caffeine per 90ml shot, a little less than a standard cup of coffee. FOCUS, IMMUNE, DIGEST and HYDRATE are all caffeine-free.

What is the difference between a prebiotic and a probiotic soda?
Prebiotics are types of dietary fibre that feed the beneficial bacteria already living in your gut. Probiotics are live bacteria added to a product. Tonic Alchemy prebiotic sodas are built on prebiotic fibre, not live cultures, with 5g of fibre per 330ml can.
